The game revolves around the life of a university student who needs to find extra cash to buy necessities. His current savings and allowances are not enough to buy the items needed and he cannot depend on his family to provide him with the funds. Thus, he is required to earn the money himself by working.
Throughout the game, the students will face challenges and opportunities. The students need to avoid the threats and take advantage of all the opportunities in order to achieve their goal.
3. FORMAT OF THE GAME :
a) At the beginning of the game, each group will be given a list of items. From that list, the participants would need to select five items according to their priority
b) To enter the Job market, each group needs to pass a simple test which is solving basic accounting equations.
c) Once inside the job market, the group can earn money from four game stations. However, to proceed in each game station, they need to complete an assigned task before they can enter the game station and earn “money”.
d) Inside the game station, participants will be given a set of questions and they are required to correctly answer the questions in order to earn their “money”. For every correct answer they will be awarded 10 points, which is equivalent to $10.00. In addition, every game station will have a specific theme and the questions will be related to the theme itself.
e) A team can earn up to 100 points or $100 at each station. They will also have the opportunity to earn bonus points throughout the game. Points or cash earned from each game station can only be collected from the bank.
